Shawn M Pierson

I received my law degree from Duquesne University School of Law and my Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Temple University. After receiving my MBA, I spent the next nine years working as an Administrator and as Director of Human Resources for a national organization that owned and operated nursing homes and assisted living centers. Acting as a licensed Administrator gave me the opportunity to obtain extensive experience with the delivery of long term care services, including nursing home, personal care, and assisted living facilities. I am currently a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Lancaster Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association Elder Law Section. In addition, I am frequently asked to speak on estate planning and elder law topics.
