This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid subscriptions to National Probate Services, operated by Talos AI LLC.
Summary
- You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- We do not issue prorated refunds for partial months of an already-billed period.
- If you cancel within seven (7) days of your first paid subscription and have not actively used the lead-delivery features (no leads viewed, no contacts initiated), you may request a full refund.

1. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Through your account settings: navigate to My Leads → Billing → Cancel Subscription, or
- By emailing billing@nationalprobateservices.com from the email address associated with your account.
Your access to lead delivery continues through the end of the billing period for which you have already paid. After that period ends, your account remains active as a free (non-subscribed) vendor account.
2. Refund Eligibility
7-day money-back guarantee (first subscription only)
If you cancel within seven (7) calendar days of your very first paid subscription billing AND you have not:
- Viewed any leads in the vendor portal, OR
- Initiated any vendor-side contacts using delivered leads,
you are eligible for a full refund. Email billing@nationalprobateservices.com within the 7-day window to request the refund.
Outside the 7-day window
All paid amounts are non-refundable. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current or any prior period.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
We may, at our sole discretion, grant a partial or full refund in cases of:
- Material service failure (e.g., we failed to deliver any leads for an entire billing period despite your account being properly configured).
- Fraudulent charges or unauthorized account access (subject to verification).
- Documented billing errors on our part.

4. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please contact us at billing@nationalprobateservices.com. We will work in good faith to resolve any billing disputes promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account termination.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within five (5) business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
