Paul R. Hales

Paul Hales manages an international practice focused on federal and state laws protecting patient and consumer health privacy in the United States. He is a graduate of Columbia University Law School, licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of The United States and a Senior Counselor of the Missouri Bar. Paul has handled complex civil litigation and appellate matters, served as outside counsel to public agencies, private businesses and non-profit organizations. He is the author of all content in The HIPAA E-Tool®, a comprehensive Internet-based Software as a Service product with separate editions for Health Care Providers, Health Plans, Business Associates and Third-party Administrators.
