Paul’s solo practice, Trendak IP Law, specializes in obtaining patent protection for inventions, registering trademarks to build your brand, and advising clients as they build their portfolios of intellectual property. Paul has a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Cal Tech, so there is very little technology that he can’t handle. He has many years of experience in industry first doing product research and development, and then as an in-house patent attorney, so he understands the needs of companies of all sizes.
