Shortly thereafter, his father bought a small farm in Oxford, Georgia where Dwayne spent the rest of his childhood. It was on this small farm where he learned the values of hard work and the benefits of doing things right the first time. He attended Newton County High School, and later graduated from The State University of West Georgia. In 2002, Dwayne fulfilled a dream of becoming of lawyer when he graduated from Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law with a Jurist Doctor in Law.
