Derek K. Oliverson

Derek Oliverson is a criminal defense attorney in Tempe, Arizona. He grew up in Cedar City, Utah. Derek graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Southern Utah University. He then continued his studies at Creighton University School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate with a Certificate of Concentration in Litigation. During law school, Derek participated in both advanced mediation and trial teams, and upon graduation was honored with recognition as a top graduating student who excelled in trial and appellate advocacy.
