John Daniel Hawke

Over the last decade J.D. Hawke has been practicing law in the various courtrooms all over Baldwin County and Mobile County. Mr. Hawke founded the Law Office of J.D. Hawke LLC in 2011, and his practice has focused on representing clients charged with criminal offenses and people dealing with family law issues. Mr. Hawke also has years of experience handling contract disputes, civil litigation cases, small business matters, landlord/tenant disputes, document drafting, personal injury cases, probate actions and estate planning. In addition to being a licensed attorney in the State of Alabama, he also has experience practicing in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Alabama. Mr. Hawke is a member of several legal organizations, including the Alabama State Bar Association, the Baldwin County Bar Association, the Mobile County Bar Association, the Solo & Small Firm Section of the Alabama State Bar Association, and the Alabama Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
