Andrew L Wizner

With over 30 years of experience in employment-based immigration law, Andrew “Andy” Wizner assists employers in U.S. immigration processes on behalf of professionals who require temporary and permanent visas to work in the U.S. Andy is the Managing Partner of Wizner Law, PLLC, in Hartford, Connecticut. As member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Andy is past chair of the AILA Connecticut Chapter and current member of Connecticut AILA’s Hartford USCIS Liaison Committee. Andy is an active member of the International Medical Graduate Taskforce, and a panelist at its Physician Immigration Law Institute. He receives invitations to speak about business immigration law at legal conferences nationwide. Andy is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, Immigration Law Committee. The Best Lawyers ® in America has listed Andy in the field of immigration law since 2005, and also awarded him a listing as Hartford, Connecticut “Lawyer of the Year” in the field of immigration law for 2013 and 2020. Andy received a bachelor’s degree in Spanish from Georgetown University and a J.D. at Vanderbilt University School of Law.
