I also have meaningful experience representing commercial truck drivers against all types of CDL and moving violations. My tough, dynamic approach has led to favorable outcomes, such as dismissals, acquittals at trial and favorable plea agreements for many of my clients. Prior to entering private practice, I served as a prosecutor in the District Attorney’s Office of Suffolk County and Plymouth County, Massachusetts. For example, I serve as Chairman of the Legislative and Rules Committee of the Representative Town Meeting, and am President of the Indian Harbor District.
