Jeremy R Shufflebarger

Attorney Jeremy Shufflebarger comes from a vast family of Colorado natives, and after moving around the United States has settled in Fort Collins, Colorado. Jeremy is a former judicial clerk for the Larimer County District Court in Colorado and the Laramie County District Court in Wyoming. He is well versed in a wide range of legal matters, including: domestic relations, mental health law, criminal defense, and general civil litigation. Jeremy is a University of Pittsburgh (Pittsburgh, PA) alumni as well as a graduate of University of Wyoming College of Law. During his time at the University of Pittsburgh, he received numerous honors in debate as a member of the William Pitt Debating Union and in academics, graduating magna cum laude. Jeremy earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Wyoming and during his time there he was selected as a Case Note Editor for the Wyoming Law Review, he placed and won numerous moot court competitions, and he competed successfully in the Pace National Environmental Moot Court Competition. Based upon his experience as an intern with the Fort Collins District Attorney’s Office and a judicial clerk for district court judges, Jeremy has pursued his passion in providing a defense for all those adversely affected by the criminal justice system, including publishing a legal article on federal search and seizure law. Jeremy has also been greatly influenced by his wife’s work as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Colorado. Due to her amazing work with families and children, Jeremy has a unique insight into domestic relations cases and is dedicated to providing family members with quality representation in domestic relations matters, including divorces, adoptions, relinquishment of parental rights, and juvenile matters.
