Michon Walker

I specialize in bankruptcy cases, Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 voluntary petitions, for clients experiencing dire financial problems. I assist clients in seeking Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Social Security Disability (SSDI) from the Social Security Administration. I have drafted numerous Last Will and Testaments, Power of Attorneys, and Georgia Advanced Directive for Healthcare. I am a member of the Bankruptcy Lawyers Advisory Committee for the Southern District of Georgia (BLAC). I am the Treasurer for the Bankruptcy Section for the State Bar of Georgia. Active in the community, I serve as a member of the Criminal Justice Act Panel and accept appointments from the United States District Court to represent indigent defendants charged with federal misdemeanors and felonies.
