Juneitha S Shambee
Florida, Illinois, 7th Circuit, 11th Circuit, Federal Circuit
A Chicago native, Juneitha Shambee has shown passion and dedication to law since a young age. Working vigorously to make strides in her education, she uses that same tenaciousness to achieve results in every case she touches. She has taken on challenges beyond what many attorneys her age would face, personally and professionally, such as battling large firms in copyright issues and achieving excellent settlements for her clients, and even taking on challenging criminal cases and getting them dismissed in the preliminary stages. Although Juneitha is the first college graduate and professional in her family, she did not let her obstacles prevent her from overcoming. She has learned to fight for what many has taken advantage of, education and the opportunity to provide not only for her family, but also her community. The middle of five kids, Juneitha has made a voice for herself and help others to find their voice when they believed that was no longer an option for them. Using the experience she gain from working in a firm right out of law school, Juneitha has been able to take on many cases, helping individuals protect their rights, while guiding them through the complicated legal system. Juneitha has handled cases from criminal defense and child custody battles to copyright and trademark prosecution. Continuing to handle each case with customized care, Juneitha treats her clients as she would want to be treated, using all available resources for each individual case to achieve maximum results. Juneitha is a member of several legal associations including: the First Amendment Lawyers Associations, Illinois State Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, Black Women’s Law Association, etc. Licensed in the State of Illinois, the Northern District of Illinois, the 7th Circuit, State of Florida and the Southern District of Florida.
