Richard Collins
Indiana
I graduated cum laude from Drake University Law School where I was Chairman of our Moot Court Team, arguing in national competition. I greatly enjoyed learning the law and was a member of, and wrote for the Drake Law Review. In my third year the University allowed me to double my academic hours and graduate a semester early, which had not before been extended to a Drake law student. Upon graduation I joined the firm of Rammelkamp Dahman et al, in Illinois, as a litigator under Robert E. Bradney, who was Chairman of the Illinois Defense Lawyers Association. Bob mentored me for 7 years and I tried numerous cases in Southern Illinois (Including East ST. Louis, as well as in the Capital, Springfield and in the Chicago region. I then moved to Evansville Indiana where I opened a practice with Jeffrey Frank, an esteemed litigator in Federal and State Court. My practice today, “Collins & Associates” is limited to Criminal Defense and Personal Injury cases. We are known for keeping our clients well informed about their cases an always being accessible to discuss their cases in detail.
