Based in Miami, Florida, Mr. Harris is an AV Preeminent Peer Rated by Martindale-Hubbell attorney and owner of HarrisLaw, P.A. He received his Juris Doctor Degree from Nova Southeastern University Law Center in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida in 2007.
