Jessica Mishali is a resident of Boca Raton, where she lives with her husband and two children. Her main office is in West Palm Beach; she has an additional office in Fort Lauderdale. Jessica graduated, cum laude, from Touro Law School in 2006, where she was a research editor on the Law Review, A Research Assistant and a Teaching Assistant. She has worked in the Florida legal system ever since graduation. Jessica is currently with the Law Office of Stephen J. Press, a trusted and respected West Palm Beach law firm that has been skillfully advocating for its clients for over twenty years. Stephen J. Press trained Jessica in the areas of Family law, Probate and Estate Planning, and they work together in their clients’ best interest. Jessica was previously employed as a public defense attorney, before starting her own practice in 2016. As a public defender, Jessica passionately defended her clients, resulting in outstanding outcomes for the indigent. Jessica’s current main areas of practice are Family law (including divorce, prenuptial/postnuptial agreements, modifications and step-parent adoptions), Probate, and Estate Planning. Jessica has enjoyed exceptional success in recent cases involving criminal cases, divorce, step-parent adoption and probate. She also supports up-and-coming attorneys by supervising student interns and judging law school mock trials. Jessica speaks fluent Hebrew and studied abroad in both Israel and the Czech Republic. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and travel.
