Susan M. Graham
An authority on estate planning, elder law, Medicaid and VA benefits law, Susan M. Graham an experienced estate planning and elder law attorney with over 35 years experience. Ms. Graham has a unique perspective in the area of elder law based on her personal experiences in dealing with profound challenges faced by loved ones left without a plan. Determined to spare others such emotional upheaval and financial ramifications, she has established personal relationships with thousands of clients in her elder law practice. Ms. Graham earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho Moscow, along with an MBA from Boston University and a BS from Cornell University. She has taught college-level financial courses at Washington State University, Pullman and the University of Idaho, Moscow. Ms. Graham is a Certified Elder Law Attorney and is accredited with the Veterans Administration. A member of the Idaho State Bar, Ms. Graham is co-founder and past president of both The American Association of Trust, Estate and Elder Law Attorneys and the Treasure Valley Estate Planning Council. She is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Pro bono activities include Idaho Legal Aid Services as a Board Member and representing minors in recovery of moneys wrongfully taken.
