Jason Morton is a graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law and was admitted to the Bar in 1994. Jason served as a law clerk in the Circuit Court for Washington County before practicing with Strite and Schildt, P.A. He was an adjunct professor of Civil Litigation, Employment Law, Constitutional Law and Legal Ethics at Kaplan University. He joined our firm in 2011. Jason’s practice emphasizes Family Law, including divorce, custody, visitation and guardianships. He also handles a variety of other types of cases that involve contracts and litigation. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Washington County Bar Association, Habitat for Humanity of Washington County and has served as President of the Exchange Club of Antietam.
