Patricia B. Minikon is an immigration attorney in private practice in the Washington, D.C. and Baltimore metropolitan areas. She has represented hundreds of clients in all areas of immigration law, including individual clients as well as corporate clients. For over 18 years, she has enjoyed an above-average track record of successful representations for individuals: winning asylum for her clients before the Asylum Office and in Immigration Court, successfully keeping families together via the immigration petition process, and successfully defending clients against deportation or removal.
