As an estate planning, elder law and estate administration (probate) attorney I understand that every family is unique with unique issues and goals. Retain me, and I will help you understand your choices and find the solutions that work best for you and your family. I help my estate planning clients of all ages protect their assets, establish legacies for their families and retain control of their health care decisions. I do this using a variety of powerful estate planning tools, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives (living wills) and beneficiary designations. For my estate administration and probate clients I help them as personal representatives (executors) manage the estate assets of their loved one and guide them through the probate process. If you have been entrusted to oversee a loved one’s estate or the personal or financial well-being while living I can help ensure that you fulfill your legal and personal responsibilities. I am a member of several professional organizations including the Minnesota Bar Association, the Ramsey County Bar Association, Minnesota Women Lawyers and the White Bear Area Chamber of Commerce. I am currently a member of the Minnesota Bar Association Elder Law Governing Council and Co-chair of the Ramsey County Bar Association Solo/Small Firm Section. I grew up in White Bear Lake and graduated from White Bear Lake High School. I am a long-time resident of Vadnais Heights and am active in my church and community. I am currently Chairperson of the Welcome and Hospitality and Stewardship Committees at St. Mary of the Lake Church in White Bear Lake and past Chairperson of the St. Mary of the Lake Parish Leadership Council. I am past President of the Villas on Edgerton Homeowners Association and a former member of the MN National Healthcare Decisions Day Planning Committee. I also donate my time and skill to other causes, such as Wills for Heroes and Relay for Life.
