Robert Stolzberg
California, Massachusetts, 1st Circuit, 2nd Circuit, U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Tax Court
Since graduating from Harvard Law School, my practice has concentrated in litigation and other forms of complex dispute resolution. Initially, I worked primarily in constitutional test litigation in New York. Since then, my practice has included a wide variety of substantive matters, including major criminal cases, novel banking matters, legal and medical malpractice, professional licensing disputes for doctors, lawyers and other professionals, real estate and construction disputes, and the representation of high net worth individuals in domestic relations matters such as property division and alimony. I was the managing partner of my previous firm’s branch representative office in Suzhou, China, and have represented foreign nationals in the United States. In representing my clients, I always try to obtain the best result as economically as possible. I always remember that achieving my client’s goals is my goal. I understand that the law is a mystery for non-lawyers, so my first task is to explain the situation to my client and to lay out the options along with the pros and cons of each. Then my job is to effectuate the choices that my clients have made. I have the highest ratings from Martindale-Hubbell and from AVVO, and have been listed as a SuperLawyer. Before entering law school, I was a newspaper reporter, for, among others, the Washington Post and the New York Law Journal.
