My passion is working with our seniors and Veterans making sure they are not taken advantage of and are give the compassion, dignity and respect that they have earned. They need to be heard in a transaction, included in conversation and ultimately the decisions made. (I do realize that sometimes this is not possible however nobody should be made to feel that they are not important). I have a special gift that I have been blessed with and that is to work with a client who may be telling me the same story for the 5th time that day but every time it’s a new story in our conversation. I am a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES) as well as Military Relocation Professional (MRP).

I also work with clients that are buying, selling and investing in real estate. This is probably one of the biggest, if not the biggest purchases you will make, don’t settle. Communication and team work are what make this a successful transaction. Marketing is something that must be done every single day when selling a home. Not just stick a sign in the front yard and pray it sells. I FIND buyers for my clients homes. I work from the moment we meet to the moment we close. It is a full-time responsibility as it puts lives and dreams on hold.

I treat my clients as if they were my family and many become life long friends at the end of the transaction.
