Katrina Sousa

Hello, my name is Katrina Sousa. I am a full-time Realtor specializing in probate sales.  As a Certified Probate Specialist I have been working in the Real Estate market for over 15 years.  I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Lodi Association of Realtors & Fresno Association of Realtors. 
In my many years’ experience working the California Real Estate market from REO’s, short sales, probate sales, divorce and traditional sales.  I have continuous education and studies with our ever-changing real estate laws and markets and work to continue my education with courses takin throughout the year. 
My goal is to serve my clients with the upmost seamless transaction and stress-free sale as possible.  I have a TEAM of specialist ready to serve. From attorneys to property service providers such as estate sale companies, contractors, house cleaners, stagers, and yard care providers.  Together we are here to work and provide the help needed to get you through the probate sale process quickly, efficiently, and as smoothly as possible.
