Formally trained in mediation, we’re equipped to help families manage the interpersonal dynamics that are often present during difficult times. ¬† Along with over 3 decades of experience in the W Michigan market, our familiarity with zoning ordinances, property splits, and rehab costs allow us to recognize each property’s unique circumstances and, wherever possible, enhance the value. We are competent at what we do and work well with your legal and financial advisors.¬† Our end goal is to complete our role leaving behind and excellent business outcome and intact relationships.
