If you’ve lost a loved one, I’m sorry for your loss.  Each of my parents has passed away, and neither had a trust.  My brother, sister & I had to navigate & handle the probate process, including the sale of their homes.  Since then, I’ve assisted many of my clients through this process as well.  If you do not already have a real estate agent you know & trust, I’d like to visit with you and assist you in understanding and working through what can be a challenging time. 
A little about me: 
I’ve been a licensed Realtor for 30+ years and have worked full time in the Bay Area for 20+ years.  I’m pleased to have handled 540+ real estate transactions with a total value in excess of $190,000,000.
I am also an active real estate investor, owning many rental properties and having ‘flipped’ several homes.  I believe owning real estate, when done properly, is a great way to build your net worth & create monthly cash flow.  I enjoy working with investors to identify, buy, rehab, lease and sell properties. 
What I’m most proud of is getting to know each of my clients and their goals, and then to the best of my ability, help them reach those goals.
