Michael is a lifelong resident of Massachusetts with a young family of his own. His professional knowledge combined with compassion for the circumstances makes him a great choice to serve families in need of probate real estate services.

As a former Middlesex Assistant District Attorney and public school secondary teacher, Michael Costa is a probate real estate specialist with the education and experience that makes him uniquely qualified to manage probate real estate matters. He is intimately familiar with the court process and has built a network of service providers from cleaners to closers in order to provide those navigating the sale of a probate property peace of mind that their needs are looked after.

My role as a probate real estate specialist is to help you sell your real estate by applying a niche skill set and service model to meet your needs during the probate and estate settlement process. To meet those needs, I manage the probate sales process (e.g., property valuation, marketing, negotiation), communicate with your attorneys, schedule appointments with inspectors and buyers, manage court mandated paperwork, and address probate real estate services that arise such as scheduling cleaning services, landscape maintenance, home repairs, and movers. My responsibility is to provide an A-to-Z service model in the sale of your probate real estate.
