Edwina Tynan is a luxury real estate property specialist. She has been immersed in the San Francisco real estate industry since 1996. With twenty plus years of experience as a real estate owner and investor, she has an exceptional understanding of the Bay Area market. Her strong design background and experience maximizing the potential of investment properties is an asset to home buyers and sellers alike. Educated at the Dublin Institute of Design, Ireland, and attended the Academy of Art, San Francisco in Interior Design and Architecture. She has been a consultant designer on numerous investment projects, ranging from condos, single-family homes, and multi-unit buildings. Edwina‚Äôs expertise plus two decades of private real estate transactions and negotiations gives her a unique perspective as a Real Estate Agent. She has been awarded 2018 Honor Society with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services. Her interests include being involved with Global Real Estate organizations to expand her international connections to facilitate her client’s needs.
With further education and experience as a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist CPRES, she will work diligently to help you understand the California Probate Real Estate Contracts and work closely with Probate Attorneys to help Executors and Administrators finalize the sale of their estates. Vendor recomendations and an extensive network of experts to help prepare and liquidate the estate to achieve the most positive outcome.
