Stephanie Sheppard

Stephanie K. Sheppard is the Qualifying Broker of Amazing Directions Realty, LLC.  Stephanie is a native of Atlanta, Georgia and has been licensed as a real estate professional since 2007.  She is a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist.  Prior to becoming a real estate salesperson, Stephanie was a mortgage loan originator.  Because of her experience, Stephanie is very familiar with the entire process of buying or selling a home.  Our brokerage is committed to providing excellent service to its clients.  
Stephanie is also licensed as an attorney in Georgia, practicing primarily in the area of estate planning and probate.¬† In her law practice, Stephanie often has to guide her clients through the difficult and emotional process of probate and helping those clients to decide what to do with the family home.¬† In this capacity, she often has to deal with varying family dynamics, some of which are very contentious, and find the middle ground.¬† Stephanie’s mission, in both her real estate brokerage and law practice, is to assist, educate, and empower people.
