Kim Mcmanaman

Kim is a Realtor dedicated to to being a resource for families facing the many challenges associated with the care and potential move of an elderly loved one.  Having walked this journey herself, she has made it her goal to assist others who find themselves on a similar path.  In order to be fully equipped, Kim has obtained her Real Estate Probate and Trust Specialist (CAR) and Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (MTI) certifications and maintains a Senior Real Estate Specilists (NAR) certifiticattion.  Whether the property is in a trust, a potential probate or a traditional sale, Kim has the knowledge and a network of support services to assist.
