Since 2003 I have been an industry-leading Real Estate Professional, centrally located between Orange and Los Angeles County in Long Beach. My passion for helping people buy and sell homes developed when looking to purchase my first house in Long Beach. During that journey, I felt like I was not being heard by the agent I chose to consult. This experience instilled in me the desire to be the Real Estate Agent I wish I had. I decided to be the change and make my number one priority listening to the client.

When I lost my mother in 2008 I learned what it was like to lose a parent and assisted my father in dealing with the estate.  Since then I have helped many families work their way through a loss, and navigate dealing with real estate after the passing of a loved one.  Melinda has been a member of the local Estate Planning and Trust Council, in addition to being a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES) and Certified Probate and Trust Specialist.  This training and long experience in assisting people through the process allow Melinda and her team to make what is a hard and overwhelming task for grieving family and friends a smoother process.
