Stephen Theard

My name is Stephen Theard, pronounced Thay-Ard, and I am a South Bay Area Native. I am the Past President of the South County Realtor’s Alliance and I sit on the Board of Directors for the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors.

I received my Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from San Jose State University in 1992. My first career was in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte and Touche for a total of 9 years.

I am a full-time Licensed California Realtor selling homes in Silicon Valley and the southern region of Santa Clara County since 2005. I am a Member of the National Association of Realtor’s, California Association of Realtor’s, Santa Clara County Association of Realtor’s and the South County Real Estate Alliance. Current Designations and Positions Held are as follows:
