Julie Cunningham

This is my 24th year in Real Estate working with Buyers and Sellers. During my career, I have helped several families through their sale during their Probate service. It wasn’t until I was recently the Court appointed Administrator in my Brother’s Estte that I learned I needed to know much more about the process. I’m looking forward to helping many families with this service. It is my passion to encourage and mentor them through this process. It isn’t only to help with properties of people that have passed away, also to educate people on how to set up the ownership of their property and know the importance of having a will!
