I have been a Real Estate Sales person since 1992 and a Broker since 1996.My primary focus has been in Residential Real Estate. Over the years I havereceived Certification in distressed properties,negotiating short sales, loan modifications,and foreclosure sales, in addition I have certification in Probate and disposition of properties under court control.I have also been a licensed mortgage originator since 1995, making me uniquely qualified to advise and evaluate sales and purchases to a successful conclusion with the minimum  complications.
