Brad has extensive experience representing the interests of injured persons. Brad spent several years in eastern Kentucky and the Louisville area handling a variety of civil legal matters including personal injury litigation, probate, wills, deeds, natural resources, ad valorem taxation issues and post-judgment remedies. Brad also spent a short stint in Frankfort as an Assistant Attorney General, prosecuting Medicaid fraud and abuse claims as well as nursing home abuse and neglect cases. After graduating from the University of Kentucky, College of Law in 2005, Brad spent a year serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Will T. Scott of the Kentucky Supreme Court, gaining valuable insight into the functioning of Kentucky’s appellate courts.
