Satnam is admitted to the Supreme Court of Virginia; the US Courts of Appeals for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 9th, 10th, 11th, and Federal Circuits; Federal District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia; Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia; US Tax Court; US Court of International Trade; the US Supreme Court; and the Bar Council (Punjab & Haryana) in India. His areas of practice include: Litigation, Appeals, Consular Processing, Waivers, Family Immigration, Naturalization, I-9 Review and Audits, and Business Immigration. He obtained his LL.B. from Delhi University, India; J.D. He represented the petitioner in Adolfo Rendon BRACAMONTES v. Eric H. HOLDER, 675 F.3d 380 (4th Cir. 2012), and has litigated several immigration cases in the federal District Courts in Virginia, and Courts of Appeals in Virginia and other states.
