David Bischmann

Attorney David J. Bischmann is a life-long Wisconsin resident, earned an undergraduate degree, with distinction, in political science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his law degree from the University of Wisconsin in 1991. From 1993 to 1995, he served as law clerk to Wisconsin Court of Appeals Judge Harry S. Snyder, and in 1995, he went on to serve as law clerk to Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Ann Walsh Bradley during her first term on the Court. David brought his extensive expertise in legal research, writing and appellate practice to his current position with Hausmann-McNally, S.C. in the fall of 1996, where he is a shareholder and serves as the firmâs intellectual nerve center, providing written scholarship, litigation support, intellect and guidance to the firmâs attorneys, with offices in Wisconsin and throughout the Midwest. He is a member of the National Crime Victim Bar Association, American Association for Justice and Wisconsin Association for Justice.
