JOSEPH L. RING is an associate with Martin Law who focuses his practice primarily on Pennsylvania workers’ compensation law. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ring practiced as an associate in the workers’ compensation department of a mid-sized regional defense firm and litigated trials across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. While attending law school, he served as a legal assistant and copy clerk at a firm where he gained experience in family law, personal injury, medical malpractice, insurance regulation, and other various areas. Mr. Ring graduated from Saint Vincent College in 2009 with a degree in history, where he was a member of Phi Alpha Theta, his school’s National History Honor Society, and the men’s ice hockey team. He obtained his law degree from the Villanova University School of Law in 2012. While earning his degrees, Mr. Ring served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve, where he rose to the rank of Sergeant. In 2006, he deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and, upon returning, utilized the Montgomery G.I. Bill to help fund his education.
