Matt Wadsworth earned his Bachelor’s from the University of Utah in Economics where he graduated in the top ten percent of his class. Matt earned his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law, where he graduated in the top third of his class and earned the Cali Award in Real Estate Finance and Development and the top grade in Land Use and Development. Primary Practice Although, Matt has an extensive history in civil litigation and real estate transaction areas, his current primary focuses are in the areas of Family Law, Divorce, Child Support and Alimony. With over 400 hours of family law related trial experience he is very knowledgeable as to all family law related matters from complex business valuation cases to custody battles. He also files roughly 100 bankruptcy cases per year and has extensive experience in adversary proceedings. He has been a featured author in the Utah Family Law Journal, Attorney at Law and the Utah Business Manual.
