Laura Carlin Mattiacci is a partner and attorney at Console Law Offices LLC in Philadelphia. She serves as the lead trial counsel for the law firm’s most significant employment law cases in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. As a skilled employment law attorney, Laura has represent a variety of clients including those are current and former employees and applicants for employment. She also has served as an advocate for those who have been victimized by discrimination based on sex, race, religion, national origin, color, disability, age, sexual orientation and pregnancy. Additionally, Laura’s practice includes significant class actions against large corporations, such as claims involving sex and age discrimination, wage and hour violations and illegal reductions in force. She has been a presenter on issues of employment law at Pennsylvania Bar Institute seminars, National Employment Lawyers Association conventions and local law schools. Laura earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Scranton in 1999 and then earned her juris doctor from the Beasley School of Law at Temple University in 2002. She has been practicing law since and has handled a variety of complex and high profile cases. She is dedicated to helping her clients get favorable results, no matter how difficult the situation may appear. When she is not fighting for the rights of her clients, Laura remains active in the legal community. She is a member of several local and national organizations, including the National Employment Lawyers Association. She also is a founding member of Philly-MAMA, a group dedicated to empowering and encouraging those who are both attorneys and mothers.
