Kathryn “Katie” Heflin is an associate at Varghese Summersett, where she aggressively defends clients accused of misdemeanor and felony offenses in North Texas. Before joining the criminal defense firm, Katie served more than six years as a prosecutor at the Tarrant County Criminal District Attorney’s Office, where she handled hundreds of cases and had more than 30 jury trials.
