Lucy Castillo

I was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, came to live in the Pacific Northwest and spent a couple years in Southern California as well. 
My career has taken me to Residential Mortgage Lending, becoming a Financial Counselor with a non profit, then having purchased and sold several properties of my own over time I got into Real Estate in 2008 renting out homes, then I became an agent in 2016.
I bring my Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist certification from MTI and all my experiences to the forefront to help support you through a difficult process. 
I am also bi-lingual / bi-cultural, even though I was born in the U.S. I have a special sensitivity to cultures. 
I have personally experienced the loss of both my parents and have been involved in the process of division of assets, along with other difficult end of life decisions with my siblings. You can get through it. 
I have a long list of vendors that have been fabulous for us personally when needed and for clients. Painters, carpenters, roofers to name a few. Let me support you through this difficult time?
