Stacey Smythe joins Law Offices of Molly B. Kenny firm with over 24 years of legal experience, focusing in Family Law, Estate planning and Probate. Stacey Smythe graduated from the University of Puget Sound with a bachelor of arts in Business Administration and Sociology. She received her Juris Doctorate from University of Puget Sound School of Law in 1991, nka Seattle University School of Law. Ms. Smythe is committed to an open line of communication with her clients and recognizes the need to keep clients fully informed of all aspects of their case. Ms. Smythe takes an information gathering approach to the area of family law and uses the discovery process to fully address all issues in a case. Her appreciation of the mediation process has enabled her to think outside the box when structuring settlements that benefit the clients beyond measure. Ms. Smythe believes that the art of structuring the Marital Settlement Agreement and the subtleties associated with all that encompasses allows his clients to feel confident when walking into their new life.
