Jon Herman is a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist and has over 20 years experience in the Washington DC/Northern Virginia real estate market working in both the commercial and residential sectors. He offers a professional approach to help his clients selling homes through the probate process and provides his clients with the information, insights and guidance needed for them to make informed decisions.

Jon holds a BBA degree from George Washington University and is also a Certified Distressed Property Expert. On the personal side, he equally enjoys a day touring on his motorcycle or playing a round of golf. He has traveled extensively throughout the country, visiting 48 states, and has a particular fondness for the Pacific Northwest.
