Quentin Brogdon is a Fellow of the invitation-only International Academy of Trial Lawyers, American College of Trial Lawyers (Vice-Chair, Texas State Committee), and International Society of Barristers. He is listed in the Best Lawyers in America in Personal Injury Litigation (Lawyer of Year, Personal Injury Litigation, Plaintiffs, Dallas/Fort Worth 2023), and he is board certified in personal injury trial law and in civil trial advocacy. He has been a Texas Monthly Super Lawyer every year since its inception, and he has been a Top 10 Texas Monthly Super Lawyer in Texas. Lawdragon Magazine selected him as a “500 Leading Plaintiffs’ Lawyer in America,” and as a “500 Leading Plaintiffs’ Consumer Lawyer in America.” The National Trial Lawyers selected him as a Top 100 Texas Trial Lawyer, and D Magazine selected him as one the “Best Lawyers in Dallas.” He served as President of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Dallas Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America. He served on a State Bar of Texas Pattern Jury Charge Committee, and he has authored over 80 published articles on topics related to personal injury trial law. The State Bar of Texas Continuing Legal Education Program awarded him a “Standing Ovation Award,” the Texas Bar Foundation awarded him the Dan Rugeley Price Award for “unreserved commitment to clients and to the practice of our profession,” and the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America awarded him the Thurgood Marshall “Fighting for Justice” Award for “tenacious effort, against overwhelming odds, in achieving success in the fight for justice.” He received a B.A. degree from Rice University and a J.D. degree and an M.B.A. degree (with honors) from the University of Houston, where he was an associate editor of the Houston Law Review.
