Patti Humphries

I am a licensed real estate broker and have lived in Central Texas for over forty years. I grew up with an insider‚Äôs look into the industry as my father was also a real estate broker. He passed away in 2017 at the age of 95. I was appointed executor of his estate and so I wore two hats, one of realtor and one of executor. Selling my father’s home was difficult and life changing, but necessary for my family‚Äôs particular set of circumstances. I learned the ins and outs of probate and all the steps in settling an estate.¬† This firsthand experience with the probate process and the knowledge gained by actually going through this with my own family led me to become a Probate Real Estate Specialist. It makes my career in real estate more meaningful helping others through this process.
I have 10+ years experience in representing sellers, buyers, and investors in lease properties, residential, new builds, lots and acreage, and mixed-use, light commercial. I listen to my clients, am an advocate for them and negotiate on their behalf. I truly enjoy real estate, it is more a life’s work to me than a career.
