Jennifer Egelston practices “Family Law for All.†She handles matters involving marriage, divorce, child custody, child support, DCS, juvenile court, adoptions, name changes, criminal expungements, and orders of protection. She is experienced in the drafting of family planning documents including donor contracts, wills, powers of attorney, and advanced healthcare directives. With her background in horse training and barn management, Jennifer works with horse enthusiasts in legal matters involving equine-related sales, contracts, non-profits, business, and liability. She is also a Rule 31 listed family law mediator with special training in domestic violence. Jennifer volunteers her time in the LGBTQIA+ and military veteran communities through pro bono work. In 2022, she was named Pro Bono Attorney of the Year by Legal Aid of East Tennessee.
