Nathan S. Williams
Michigan, South Carolina
My firm focuses on federal and state criminal defense. Before I opened my firm I spent 13 years at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the District of South Carolina, where I was the Criminal Chief, supervising all of the federal criminal cases in the state. I had also tried several complex cases while there, including two death penalty cases, with one of them being against Charleston church shooter Dylann Roof. I had also prosecuted several complex corporate fraud cases, as well as major drug trafficking cases. And prior to my federal experience, I had spent ten years working as a state prosecutor. I focus my practice of complex federal defense work, where I have the most experience, and where I have had the most success.
