We are a real estate brokerage managed by a broker in charge, Wendell L. Hawkins, that has been practicing real estate law in the Upstate counties of South Carolina for 26 years. The brokerage is co-founded by Wendell Hawkins, BIC, and his daughter, Savannah Hawkins-Seybold, who has been a realtor in Las Vegas for 3 years and just returned home and obtained her license in South Carolina. We have a unique niche in helping local families and lawyers dispose of properties subject to probate, divorce orders and partitions or other legal and court ordered processes. Wendell has been a yearly top title insurance producer for Lawyer’s Title First American Title Insurance Co. for his entire carrier.
