Etta Katherine Simons
South Carolina
South Carolina Attorney Etta Simons is a valued member of the legal team at George Sink, P.A. Injury Lawyers. Her experience, commitment to clients, and passion for helping working men and women navigate their legal journeys has made her an asset to the firm – and has allowed her to continually secure the results clients need. With more than 16 years of legal experience, Attorney Simons has dedicated her professional career to helping South Carolinians in a wide range of matters involving workers’ compensation and personal injury litigation. This includes helping injured workers who have been hurt on the job, and fighting for injured victims and families in their quest for fair compensation for medical treatment, lost work wages, pain and suffering, and more. Following a summer spent at Oxford University in England, Attorney Simons earned her BA in Political Science from the Honors College at the College of Charleston, where she graduated cum laude. She then went to earn her law degree from the South Carolina School of Law before being admitted to the Charleston County Bar and the South Carolina Bar Association in 1997. Etta is a Charleston native who is dedicated to helping local injured victims and families across the state. During the course of her legal career, she has worked with several law firms in the Lowcountry and taught at Charleston School of Law as an adjunct legal writing professor. In 2012, Attorney Simons started her own small legal practice, where she performed contract work for local lawyers and writing for the National Association of Independent Schools. Her move to George Sink, P.A. Injury Lawyers is a reflection of her desire to work with real people in need of help with their legal matters.
