Christopher Arthur Dreisbach

Christopher A. Dreisbach concentrates his practice on criminal defense and civil litigation in both state and federal courts. Since entering private practice, he has defended individuals facing the most serious of criminal charges including rape and homicide. In civil actions, he has successfully represented individuals and corporations in cases involving federal civil conspiracy allegations, regulatory violations, and complex personal injury matters. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Dreisbach served for four years as a Deputy District Attorney in the Dauphin County District Attorney’s Office. During his time as a Deputy District Attorney, Mr. Dreisbach successfully prosecuted a vast array of cases including homicide and other violent offenses. In addition, Mr. Dreisbach supervised Dauphin County’s ARD and Bad Check Restitution programs. In 2009, Mr. Dreisbach was recognized as Dauphin County’s Victim Advocate of the Year. Mr. Dreisbach received his JD from the Temple University Beasley School of Law. At Temple, Mr. Dreisbach was presented with the Barrister Award in Trial Advocacy as well as multiple Outstanding Oral Advocacy awards. Also while at Temple, Mr. Dreisbach gained immediate courtroom experience as a certified legal intern in the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office. In addition, Mr. Dreisbach completed a clinical internship in the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Dreisbach graduated from Dartmouth College in 2000 where he was a member of the varsity lacrosse team and Theta Delta Chi. Mr. Dreisbach is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, the United States District Court of the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is a member of the Dauphin County, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, and Dartmouth Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys.
