As an attorney, I’ve enjoyed the opportunity to represent a variety of people trying to get through a very stressful moment in their lives. Noone wants to be brought to court, and being able to be the experienced and professional person to help them through the process is an honor and a joy. I believe in working to the greatest extent possible through collaboration and in disagreeing without being disagreeable, and I think the profession is best served when people take common-sense positions and don’t fight every step of the way.
